Our Training Classes

Our boutique fitness studio features a positive environment, no attitudes,
and no judgement, so whether you’re an experienced athlete or a beginner
who hasn’t exercised in years, there’s a workout for you.

  • Twice a week for 4 weeks
  • Learn the basics of kick boxing, technique, form, balance and endurance
  • Condition your body in a new way through the movement of hitting, target practice and cardio
  • 1 hour sessions, twice a week
  • Training with a partner and a personal trainer, developing cardio, endurance, resistance training, strength training and core
  • Have fun and train at the same time!
  • 45 min sessions, twice a week
  • increase your energy, kick start weight loss. You will learn a variety of high and low impact exercises including boxing, TRX, yoga and more!!
